Vision - Strengthening the capacity of the public and corporate sector of Montenegro to effectively deal with modern security challenges, risks and threats, of different origins and nature, in all spheres of public and private life. Primarily by conducting various trainings, courses and other forms of professional development and education of adults, as well as the implementation of scientific research and professional projects, independently and in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders from the country, the region and the world.
